Brilliant Coatings, Inc. ("BCI") is a privately owned U.S. registered corporation based near Buffalo, New York. BCI's mission is to become recognized as 'The Industry Standard' for its unique bonding, protective coatings and repair technology products for use on concrete and asphalt surfaces.

BCI was founded by Harry G. Quint, Chairman and C.E.O. Mr. Quint has been active in financial and international sales for more than 30 years, including international commerce, as well as the structuring of private and public companies. His extensive experience and international contacts serve to both target specific global markets and to identify and pursue regional joint venture partnerships.

BCI is presently focusing on marketing seven exclusive proprietary products to national and international markets. These products have been developed and refined over the last twenty years and provide solutions to common infrastructure problems. We believe our range of products will appeal to a majority of people using specialty industrial coatings in a wide variety of markets. LMP, Mend-It and SP-III have, as their primary base, fields connected with the highway maintenance and construction industries. Clean-Brite, Poly-Seal, Timber-Brite and Timer-Seal have, as their primary base, fields connected with the concrete or wood building industries. Each product selected by BCI is believed to be superior to those currently offered by competitors.
